Visual Voicemail

Thinking of switching over from a Telstra service to TPG (as cheaper). On Telstra on my iPhone I have Visual Voicemail.

 

I asked in the online chat with TPG about Visual Voicemail and was told TPG don't have that service. But I can see some comments suggesting it is something you have?

 

So, if I move to TPG for my mobile, do I have access to Visual Voicemail, or is your support person correct that I only have the ability to dial a number and listen to voicemails?
