Opened a TPG account and ported my number in this evening. Already regretting that decision...
* On creating the account, the form says password can be up to 20 characters, so that's what I did.
* Installed the iPhone app, go to log in. It doesn't like the password - maximum 16 characters allowed.
* Heavy sigh
* Log back in on the laptop, go to change password to one with 16 characters. Oops, maximum allowed there is 15 characters.
What's up with that? Why the inconsistency?
