Based on your community details, it appears that you have a TPG Singapore Mobile account.
Kindly send an email to Singapore Mobile Team at support@tpgmobile.sg or visit their Facebook Page to better assist with your concern.
Please understand that though TPG AU & TPG SG are under the same umbrella, TPG AU is still operating independently as a separate entity and has a different database from TPG SG.
