Why my new SIM card has not been activated yet?

I activated SIM card last Thursday but it’s still awaiting for activation
I’ve talked with technical support 3times but it wasn’t helpful.
It’s porting optus prepaid to tpg prepaid with same number.
I never expected 1week waiting its so annoying
