Why do I keep getting this message "Your account is about to expire" when I have turned direct-debit on.
This is getting ridiculous and already happened quite a few times. Checked my account balance as well and no outstanding balance.
Getting out of control and so much frustrated when I wana make important phone calls. Mobile data is still functional though which you can say "not too bad" but really, do I sign up for this BS?
I will start looking for another provider.
