seems like your accounting system is awry! I debit card paid initial amount and then approved direct debit ongoing. One month later i have asked for another sim for my wife’s account and paid the same way as mine. Yet yesterday 3/1/21 i received a msg informing me of the barring and have rung your help desk twice to be told i would get a call and 24 hrs later i am still waiting. This is not a good start!
