I have spent hours trying to call TPG mobile support without success - nobody home !!

Does anyone out there know how to set a mobile account so the phone will ring more than 4 times ?

I heard there is a 4 digit code you can enter on your phone to change this .

Most annoying , I miss most calls. I know the networks do this to increase revenue - I have to call

voicemail , call back , or caller must try again + $$$ to network

You can try to dial these numbers.

  • For Voda Phone Based Plans Dial  **61*121**30# SEND
  • For Optus Based PLans Dial **61*321**30# SEND

Note: The '30' on the dial code stands for the length of  ring in seconds, you can change it to 5,10,15 - maximum of 30.

I.E: **61*321**10# - Optus based plan.
