I have TPG nbn50 with oztalk package. And checked international call is not barred via online nbn voice service control panel. internet is working. I can call local or mobile not problem. However, I can't make a call to China or US. After call, it went to a beep sound then silent for a while, end up with busy tone. If I use skype to call the same China or US number. It works straight away. Chat to TPG Tech Support Richard. he said it is account issue and transfered me to customer service. April picked the Chat and tell me this is not account issue. Ask me to talk to support. Then the chat is no respond. Post here, hope someone will help
