Hi, I have lost a sim card and I am overseas. I can't find a way on my account page to order a new sim. I've been on hold to your support team for 36 minutes and no answer. I can't find an email address on your website to contact you. Please, is this something I can order via email urgently so that a new sim card can be sent to my australian address.
