roaming disconnection

Hi my roaming is suddenly not working, I used the number several years and the simcard is in the same phone Samsung note 9 since two years. I never experienced connection problems anywhere in the world, Suddenly more than a week ago my phone was not connecting anymore I  could not sent or receive calls or sms messages. If I call my own number I get the messages " that optus advises the number is disconnected" 

I am in  the Philippines at the same place for years I never had any trouble, I already contacted customer support but they seem to be unable to find a solution. As I use the number for many years all my banking emails employment is connected to this number. I need a solution fast, can anyone help. ?
