Get online support
I just transfered my internet to NBN, as usual TPG charged me in advance for installation and $20 for phone (in case we use it). However, I remember that TPG also charged me the same for ADSL2 when I was connected the service for the first time. So, should TPG refund $20 to me?
The new NBN connection is the same as before, why we need to pay higher for the same outcome. Internet keep lagging and slow as before.
