Can't send emails away from home

Hi. I find every time I go away from home, I can no longer send emails from my android phone. Emails come in ok, but when I try to send any, they fail. I have the recommended settings, ie for both incoming and outgoing, port 110 for incoming and 25 for outgoing. I can log in to post office with no problem. I have also tried deleting the account and setting up again. When I put in the outgoing settings they are rejected. Any solutions?

Hi @lesd Welcome to the community.

Some places block server port 25, If it's a TPG POP email you're using try outgoing port 587.

If it's a Gmail account, try outgoing port 465. Let us know how you go.
