Cant receive sms overseas

I'm in Bali and can't receive sms to my Australian number. When I try to login to tpg it sends a code to my phone that I don't see. Please help me receive text messages.

Hi @Jase_83, 

Did you enable the roaming service on your Australian SIM card? If yes, are you connected to the partnered network in Indonesia?
