We had NBN installed 3 weeks ago and phone line stalled 2 weeks ago. The NBN ran fine for first 2 weeks and the phone was fine for the first week. Then NBN was down for most of a day last week and another hour the following day and since then the internet has been slow and the phone line is crackly and keeps dropping out (mainly for calls in, calls out are better). No other changes to hardware have occurred since installation was complete (8th Feb).
