Customer Service is absolutely Horrific

I have been trying for close to a week now to get in contact with somebody who is able to transfer my current NBN service to a new address but have yet to find somebody with the ability to do so.

 

I have queued for countless live chats only to either have them closed on my once I reach the front of the queue or have the operator claim to transfer me to a different department only to never hear from anybody again.

 

I have also sent a number of emails to relocation@tpg.com.au (the email i was referred to by one of the marginally helpful staff) and have, yet again, recieved no reply.

 

I am dumbfounded as to how a larger company could provide such poor customer service to paying customers. It is truly pathetic. If i was not in contract I be long gone.
