Disgusting Customer Service

I've been waiting for TPG to transfer the ownership of multiple mobile accounts for over two months now. On numerous occasions, I've called customer service only to be greeted by the incompetent staff who can't understand that I need to transfer multiple mobile numbers from one customer ID to another. 

I've provided all the relevant information and sent multiple emails as directed; however, I receive automated responses claiming my request is being processed.

I can't say I would recommend TPG to anybody due to a complete lack of professionalism. This is beyond disappointing.
