Hello
I have a meal supplier who has an email address ending in .me.
They've tried to email me but it keeeps bouncing back. They mention that this happens to all TPG email addresses. Is there something I can do my end to allow the emails to come through please?

Are you able to send us a copy of the bounce-back email and email address together with the error encountered so we can review this in closer with our Post Master?
