Email address not transferred to new user account

In November I had to go back from tpg wireless to TPG nbn broadband because I was getting almost no wireless service after a storm
For some reason I was set up with a new user account but not told that I would have to change my TPG email address which is a catastrophe for me.
Is there any way that my old TPG email address can be a slave to my new email address.
This is extremely important for me.
It wasn’t my choice to change to nbn but had to do so because I was getting no wireless service and was offered no other solutions by TPG technical
Help I am desperate
