Emails not sending from laptop or phone

I suddenly cannot send emails and get this message:

Sending' reported error (0x800CCC78) : 'Cannot send the message. Verify the email address in your account properties. The server responded: 535 5.7.8 [TPG-A02] Authentication denied. User <my emial> is banned from using SMTP AUTH due to previous abuse'

No one I send to regularly has received any spam from my email.

How can I fix this?

Cannot Send Email Rejected by the Server/Banned from using SMTP 


If the issue persists, please send us a private message with your TPG customer ID, username and complete address together with the email address you're having issue with.
