Internet NBN dropping out

I had a live chat this morning ( Case ID 429222 ). Technician asked me to reset my modem and I did. The internet worked for 4 h and then stop working at 8 pm. The ARRIS CM8200 presented all stable lights but the while modem box has no light on internet. Could you please check your service? If the modem is broken, can TPG replace it?
