When inside Liverpool Hospital, I am unable to send or receive a mobile phone call or SMS. This did not happen with my last provider, and is becoming a nuisance whenever my wife needs to contact me. Would it be a setting on the phone that I need to adjust (unlikely as no chnages made since using previous provider) or is there a setting with TPG that needs to be modified? Thanks in advance.
