Moving Home - transfer current TPG service

I have had the worst experience ever trying to get in contact with somebody that can help me organise the transfer of my TPG service to a new address. I’ve tried to get in contact with TPG no less than 5 times to not only have people close chats on me without warning and having no reply to my emails (that I was referred to by TPG chat staff) for days.

All I need is to have somebody transfer my current NBN plan to a new address and I wouldn’t have thought it so difficult. Extremely poor customer experience.
