I'm moving house and can be on the same nbn bundle plan at the new address. The website gives no information regarding whether I take the TPG modem with me (not the nbn box). When I start the process of using the "Moving House" tab online, it seems to give me another modem, and wants to charge me delivery. I didn't go too much further, as it looked to be signing me up to a new 18 month plan. I want to just continue on the same plan/contract, which is 3 months old. I think I need to speak with someone I think, but very difficult with reduced capacity due to coronavirus.
