Hi @loulathes

Your FTTC NBN NCD will plug into 1 of your home phone sockets. Your extra phone sockets will not work since the bundled phone for NBN FTTC is VoIP, the handset is required to be connected to the designated phone port on your modem/router.

If you need more than 1 handset we recommend getting a cordless base with extra handset(s).

You may check the setup guide that we've created for NBN FTTC here.

Karl
