My 5G has been down since Sunday

Hi, my 5G internet has been down since Sunday, in The Gap Brisbane.  No reports on your status website.  I have turned box off and on, and reset box, nothing.  I have tried to call but wait time an hour and I got cut off 30 minutes in.  I need help.
