Hi @Pete58 

 

This is not a TPG app issue; the error message is caused by an expired OTP. You need to enter an OTP code to log in to your TPG account.

 

Did you receive an OTP on your mobile device? If not, is your mobile number updated on file?

If you do not get the file which I’ve added numerous times .
That doesn’t work also.
Makes me laugh always an error.
It’s like contacting Foxtel

We responded to your initial post located here and awaiting screenshot of the issues/error you experience with the TPG app so we can coordinate this with our developer.

Surely the developers can see it doesn’t work.
You try something we give it a go then it doesn’t work..

Lol sorry this is laughable.
So it needs to be done in less than 5 seconds come on mate.
Shane please I’m tech savvy. We will just let it go.
I’ll put it down as accept solution.
And check back in months to see it TPG fix the app or removed it from app store

Latest update still no good.
Maybe by xmas
3 times same issue. And yes put code in quickly
