NBN drops out constantly

Hi,

Just wondering if TPG give a new modem when the original supplied Archer tp-link 1600 keeps dropping out every day several times?

There is no internet drop, just the modem. Then restarts most of the time automatically, but sometimes needs to be restarted manually.

Can I be sent a new one please.
