NBN hfc outage

We have been having issues with NBN HFC since Friday morning on the 17 April. Please assist with this. We have been with TPG for many years. Never had issues with ADSL. Changed over to NBN recently and this is our first major issue with NBN. Please resolve as the whole family will require internet for work and schooling from home. Please help. Thanks

My records shows you have contacted Technical support, It seems an outage no scheduled on NBN was the reason, we will advice you as soon as NBN update the status
