NBN intermittent dropping out for a week

I am very disappointed with the NBN dropping out intermittently for a week. It was resolved after I called for TPG for support for a few times. It seems ok but come back again after tickets closed. What is wrong with my line connection?? Or what is wrong with our building connection to NBN. Very frustrating.
