Internet service keeps turning off. The green internet light on the modem keeps turning off. I believe there is something wrong with the modem. I tried to reset it from the back if the black NBN box but the issue still presisit .
I am very angry and disappointed because this issue has been for almost 10 days and if it keeps doing this I will go to another provider I swear for sure.
I am sick and tired of this. I feel like I do live in a 3rd world country .
My internet service before NBN was a lot faster and better
