I have noted that your nbn service is active but lookalike your router is not connected correctly. so can you provide some details about your set up.
Are able to find out NBN NCD in your unit?
where your router is connected? make sure it connected to UNID-1 port of nbn ncd to WAN (blue colored) port of tP link C1200 router.
If router is connected correctly then what is status lof light?
