No internet connection no customer service

Hi,

 

I have a terrible internet connection and it has been terrible for about a month now. I also cannot get through to anyone in customer service. How do I resolve this problem? 

 

I get that things are tough, but TPG still happily takes my money, so please also happily provide a service.

 

Please contact me when a service person is available.
