It doesn’t work again. It only on for me this morning after off for 2days and now I couldn’t connect it again.

We apologise for the inconvenience. Based on the latest log on your account this issue has been raised to our Engineering Team for further investigation and escalated to NBN Co.

 

We will chase this up with them, at the moment NBN Co told us that they have booked a Technician to visit your premises on Wednesday, 06 March 2019, 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM.

 

We will keep an eye on this and updates will be provided when is available.
