TPG usage app for andoid phone

I cannot enter my details on the TPG usage app.

I have uninstalled and re installed the app and it still won't accept my details.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 phone with an Android operating system.

This situation has occurred for the past 5 months ( it was working prior to this) and have spoken to technical support staff a number of times and have received no out come at all.

I would appreciate some assistance.

The current version of the TPG application is still a work in progress. For the mean time, you may check this link for alternate ways on monitoring your Mobile Usage.
