Test PPP Server connection Fail

I am having difficulty to open facebook and instagram since yesterday. I have run the test WAN interface connection and noticed below status

Test PPP Server connectionFail

 

Does anyone have similar experience? If so, any suggestions? No luck from TPG technical support. Thanks in advance.
