Just a thank you to the community support that prompted the followup by the engineers to connect my internet and landline, which had became a nightmare for us for the last three weeks.

I also want to apologies if in my first postage I was a little upset and said something that might have caused some inconvinience; I definitely didn't want to insult anyone and now I aprreciate that the techniucal support team and engineers are flooded with inquiries of the same nature.
