Timeframe to address fault and Refund for days not connected?

Hello, if my connection was disconnected, by accident, what is the required timeframe to address the issue? Can I request a refund for not providing the service paid for? How can I find out why I was disconnected?

The fault has been logged, I do have a ticket number via online chat. But ticket number only provided after logging the issue via a TPG app. TPG app is good by the way.
