It's not only Xbox. I don't know what happens during the evening, it is as if they change the routing tables during peak hours and some services are simply impossible to use. It is simply heavily throttled or the packet never gets to the destination. With VPN, I can connect at full speed pretty much everywhere. For Xbox, I've realised after 10-11pm, the problem is fixed, so if you want to download a game, just keep it downloading overnight. Same applies to many services overseas. I've been trying to play the division, after 8pm it's impossible. I get 100% packetloss. I'm having to cnnect though 4G to be able to play. I hate this company. Regret so much of paying premium for this.
