Zero Customer Support - WTF

Internet's been down for over 24 hours, after being automatically hung up on a million times, and not being able to get through via the online chat ever, and zero email replies - I finally got a call back by an engineer after 24 hours - but their phone line was so dreadful I couldn't hear what they were saying (must have tpg 🙄) - they couldn't arrange for another engineer to call me back either, so I'm at square one and extremely frustrated. I can't even get on call waiting FFS.

So can whoever reads this at TPG arrange a call back asap by someone with a working phone line.
