whitewashing a domain

Hi there,

I cannot send emails from my work email address to my TPG email address as the SPF record is rejected, as I believe it uses macros, which the IT department of my company assures is quite normal. The IT department of my company says TPG should whitewash the domain. How do I go about that?

Do you get error message when sending emails using the the company email to the TPG e-mail address? If so could you shoot us a PM with the screenshot of the error together with your TPG credentials so we can raise this to our postmaster.
