I was informed that a technician will be attending to install my NBN and TPG on 8th April 2020 between 8 am -12 noon. took permission from office and I am waited in the house no one visited,
I am very dissatisfied with your services so far.
Again Today I got a message saying "your NBN Installation is Cancelled.
Please reply or phone.
Sorry to here that you have to waited for nbn technician.
I have checked here and found that nbn technician missed appointment on between 8AM-12PM so our customer service staff was advising you for another appointment however you refused it so that's reson you got mesage that your NBN Installation is Cancelled. If nbn Technician was no show up its not on TPG hand as well.
