Hi, I have had FTTB since the begining, at one stage I was transfered to a different company "Wondercom" not too sure of the name, some time later I was transfered again to TPG, I remember getting some e-mails that I didn't have to do anything, now I'm planning to move from my unit to another one four floors down all in the same building, called TPG but was told that TPG doesn't have any lines in my building, that they belong to Wondercom, I'm curious is why TPG charges me for the services.
Hi @s137238oscar,
I was able to locate the account and confirm that TPG FTTB is not available on the new service address. Our account specialists team is now checking if NBN service is available, please confirm your best contact number and preferred time. I will arrange them to contact you when update becomes available.
Regards,
