I need relocation of my NBN internet from old premises to FTTB at new premises. Have emailed relocation at tpg and sent through the details but have had no reply to confirm. Cant get through on chat and when i do after waiting for 2 hours the operator just closes the chat window with no help.
Can someone at TPG help me please?
