HELP! Need to report broken fibre preventing connection

I changed address and have not been able to connect for four weeks now. A technician came and reported a broken fibre outside my property preventing connection but I cannot reach TPG on chat support to follow up.

Someone please help me! I need someone to come fix it ASAP as we're all mostly in isolation now.
