I need to upgrade my FTTB S bundle to M Bundle

I have been trying to reach out to someone who can assist me in upgrading my S Bundle FTTB PLAN TO M Bundle. I have emailed, chatted, called and in the past few days was unsuccessful to get through to anyone who can help with this upgrade from TPG.

Also, you can't even do this through the online account.

Please someone from TPG help out.
