NBN has confirmed that FTTP can be connected at my address

I have been advised today by the NBN Co that my address is now eligible for free upgrade to Fibre to the Premises tech upgrade.  However TPG doesn't feature in the link provided by the NBN as a participating provider.  How could this be?  Please advise if the free upgrade to NBN FTTB is available at my address and how long will it take for this to be commenced and what I'm required to do to put this in motion.  This is the NBN linnk https://www.nbnco.com.au/residential/upgrades/fttp-upgrade-with-higher-speed-tiers/find-a-participat...
