Just recently we got connected to the Internet via TPG. Choosable option was only NBN.
The technician, who installed the connection in the garage, said, our Area is not updated in the TPG System to be eligible for FTTB, but he connected the Fibre Optic to the house and recommended to contact TPG for Clarification and Updating their System. I called the Hotline, but appearently they didn't
understand the problem.
The problem is, that we are now paying 89,99 for NBN100 instead of FTTB Superfast for 59,99.
Please urgently for clarification.
