No available port for FTTB

Hi there, I have signed up for FTTB in March, received the new modem within the week but have been advised there's no port available in my building as of date. Can you please check and advise. Thanks

We apologise for the inconvenience this issue is causing you, but please be assured that we are working on a resolution.

Our FTTB Wholesale Team has made an arrangement with your building manager to provide an access to the communications room for us to upgrade our network equipment. We are expecting this to be completed by the end of April.


We have also advised the case manager to contact you and discuss an alternative solution to your concern.
