Hello, we signed up weeks before the date we moved in, expecting we are having internet on the day we moved in. There is no clear instruction or information that we will have to wait until a week after we moved in, which we moved in on 22/02 but the technician appointed to install on 29/2. We are desperately need wifi for work and online courses. Please help!
