Our Strata Committee is upgrading its foyer and the TPG FTTB box needs to be moved. How do we go about getting TPG to move it (as it should never have been placed where it is and no permission was ever granted for it to be placed there)?
Our only other alternative is to remove the box completely and inform those users in the building that they have will have to connect to TPG through the NBN.
